1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items such as undergarments, custom-made products, and perishable goods are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and navigate to your order history.
- Select the order and click "Request Return".
- Choose the items to return, select a reason, and submit.
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours.
3. Return Conditions
- Defective or damaged products: Full refund or free replacement.
- Wrong item received: Full refund or correct item shipped.
- Change of mind: Return shipping cost borne by customer.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Online payment refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- COD order refunds are sent via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer.
